Our ginger is biological and exclusively cultivated in Italy. The ginger is sorted, cleaned, peeled and chopped by hand to be processed immediately.
Only the best pieces are bottled, the same as the fresh juice and peels from our oranges and citrus fruits.
After two years of intensive testing and many challenges, we are now happy to be able to use real Italian ginger for our Zenzàpero. We are particularly pleased to give a contribution to climate protection and avoiding long delivery routes from overseas.
The ginger is grown without pesti-cides and chemical additives and is processed freshly harvested.
